Facilities

12,000 m² of functional siting: office space from 21 to 240 m² on one level. Laboratory space: 120 and 240 m², shop floor from 67 m².

The basic technical equipment is multifunctional. Floor covering according to use. Double plank walls or exposed concrete with paint coat. The ceilings are generally plastered and painted, concealed installations, basic lighting and surface-mounted light fixtures are included. Antisun glazing and interior shading. Windows can be opened. Screening on all window areas facing the inner courtyard.

Services

The partners at the Technology Centre (TZJ) have conference rooms for 8 to 34 persons at their disposal. The Centre’s multifunctional meeting room can accommodate up to 120 guests. Standard equipment for holding events of the usual type. Additional equipment will be provided by specialists. The TZJ has a modern communication infrastructure: ISDN, intranet and internet. The services offered include: secretarial services, photocopying and telephone services, postal service – and last but not least a bistro under palm trees.

Advice and know-how

The experts at the TZJ provide concrete support to companies from the presentation of their entrepreneurial concept. They give advice and assistance during the founding phase, they help and act as mediators in negotiations and discussions - between providers of ideas and capital, authorities and other public agencies. They provice assistance on issues in the fild of technology as well as in business matters. They support applications for funding at the national and EU level.
