On the 11. general meeting on June, 14th 2010 the new board was being elected after two years time. New boardmembers are Prof. Dr. Fabian Kießling, Chair of Experimental Molecular Imaging of the University Hospital Aachen and Dipl.-Ing. Michael Perkuhn, Director of Philips GmbH researchlaboratories.
Advisory board
The advisory board can be seen as a strategical element with high inherent dynamism. It should meet at least twice a year and elect its own chairman.
All advisory board members are appointed by their firms and organisations in their quality as institute directors or managing directors. When withdrawing from their position they are automatically withdrawing from the advisory board if the board is not explicitly requesting them to stay in their position until the end of term of office.
