In North Rhine-Westphalia there is a close cooperation with other bioregions within this state arising form the BioRegio-Competition. Together they founded the umbrellea association Bio.NRW e.V. Through a close cooperation of the different bioregions (BioCologne e.V., BioIndustry e.V., BioRiver e.V., Bio-Tech-Region OstWestfalenLippe e.V., LifeScienceNet Düsseldorf, LifeTecAachen-Jülich e.V. , Bioanalytik-Münster) we are able to keep the information flow on a high level to strengthen the regional competences within the network.
The office of BIO.NRW is the central contact point for in all matters concerning public relations, information and events. BIO.NRW
